The terms that apply when you use the RadicalRack website.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of radicalrack.com (the “website”), which is operated by RadicalRack, a software development company based in Ahmedabad, India. “We”, “us” and “our” mean RadicalRack.

By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Using the website

You may use the website to learn about RadicalRack and to contact us. You agree not to:

  • use the website in a way that breaks any law or infringes anyone’s rights;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the website or the systems behind it, or interfere with how it works;
  • send spam, false information or harmful code through the enquiry form or any other part of the website;
  • copy the website in bulk using automated tools, other than search engines indexing it in the normal way.

3. Intellectual property

The text, design, graphics and code of the website belong to RadicalRack or to the people who have licensed them to us. You may view the website and share links to it. You may not copy, republish or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Client names, logos and product screenshots belong to their owners. They appear on the website to illustrate our work and do not mean those owners endorse RadicalRack.

4. Information on the website

The website gives general information about our company and services. It is not professional advice, nor is it an offer that can be accepted to form a contract.

Results described in our case studies relate to those specific projects. They are not a promise of the same outcome for another project. We may change or remove content at any time.

5. Enquiries and our services

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract between you and RadicalRack, and neither side is obliged to go further. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement that sets out the scope, fees, ownership and other terms.

Please do not include confidential information in an enquiry. If your project needs it, we can agree to a non-disclosure agreement first.

6. Careers

Roles shown on the website may change or close without notice. Sending an application does not create an offer or a contract of employment.

8. No warranties

We take care to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that the website will be uninterrupted, free of errors or suitable for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, RadicalRack is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, business or data, arising from your use of the website or your reliance on its content.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last updated. Using the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction over any dispute about the website or these terms.
