Turn practical AI use cases into reliable features for existing web and mobile products. Work with our engineering team on customer-support assistants, document processing and workflow automation, using AI APIs with human oversight.

- Build knowledge assistants using approved FAQs and business documents
- Implement document summaries, structured data extraction and draft generation
- Use JavaScript / TypeScript, REST APIs and backend services; Python is an advantage
- Work with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings and vector search
- Evaluate output quality, handle errors and protect sensitive data
- Design human review, access controls and clear fallback workflows
- Develop focused AI pilots with defined scope and success criteria
